Karlova univerza v Pragi (češko Univerzita Karlova v Praze, latinsko Universitas Carolina Pragensis, nemško Karls-Universität Prag) je najstarejša in največja univerza na Češkem.Ustanovljena je bila leta 1348 in je bila prva univerza v Srednji Evropi vzhodno od Francije in severno od Italije.
